Get all product classifications

Retrieves all classifications associated with a specific product by providing the product ID.
Returns a list of all classifications including BusinessOrganization, ApplicationType, Iva, LedgerAccountCode, StatisticalOrder, and PreEdited fields.
The BorgId field is deprecated; use BusinessOrganization instead.
The optional filters are combined with AND.
